Return Policy

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your order before it has been dispatched or produced.
If your cancellation request is approved, you will receive a full refund.

Once the order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled and must instead follow the Returns Policy outlined below.

In accordance with our processing timeline, orders are usually processed within 3 business days. Consumers may request cancellation within 7 days of placing the order, provided the order has not yet been dispatched.


Returns (If Applicable)

We accept returns in accordance with UK consumer regulations.

You have the right to request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required

Please contact our customer service team before returning any item to ensure the parcel is sent to the correct return address.


Important Notes

  • Custom-made or personalised items are not eligible for the 14-day return right

  • If the return is initiated by the consumer, return shipping costs must be borne by the consumer

  • If the return is due to our error (e.g. damaged or incorrect items), we will cover the return shipping costs

  • No restocking fees will be charged under any circumstances


Refunds (If Applicable)

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original method of payment within a certain number of business days, depending on your payment provider.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not yet received your refund:

  1. Please check your bank account again

  3. Contact your bank, as refunds may take additional time to post
